Champions-
Due to extenuating circumstances concerning family, the mixer scheduled for Thursday the 18th has been postponed until Thursday the 25th. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I know that some people are not a fit for the business of AdvoCare... for a variety of reasons... maybe the relationship based business model isn't their style... leading a team truly isn't their thing... they wanna work with margins... they wanna get big stuff passed by councils and build a project funded by investors... they like bein' dressed up most of the day and being in meetings all day and sometimes having business dinners with people they don't even like... and that's fine and great for some people... we need ALL types to make America go...
And there are lots of people like that who's activities are FUELED by our products, which is great!
But for Amber and me - on a business level, we've found what we love to do. Recently, we had a "pinch me" moment as we again realized that we get paid very well for something that doesn't even feel like a job or business... it's a group of activities and benefits that we consistently embrace because it fits our personality and LIFESTYLE we want to live...
Performance nutrition...
Grassroots business at it's most basic level: me or you sittin' down with someone you know, sharin' something that can better their life starting TODAY...
Residual (ongoing) income...
Teamming up with like-minded people...
Living lean and fit as a part of the job description...
No cubicle... no negative co-workers...
"The Advocare Independence Bowl" on ESPN...
Living a "challenged life", and positively challenging the majority around us, one at a time...
Gathering and growing 2X per year as a company, team, and individuals at National Success School...
Skiing on a Wednesday...
Celebrating in our teammates biz success, and hurting with them during disappointment...
Leadership and personal development...
No boss...
No limits...
"You DO you GET" performance based compensation plan...
Enjoying a day where you don't even leave your house...
I don't know if that list resonates with you. I'm sure that if you love the Advocare lifestyle that you've probably got your own list...
But let me say this: if you want this business and the LIFESTYLE that comes with it, DON'T LET ANYONE STEAL YOUR DREAM...
Go get it...
If you want a team, BUILD ONE...
Refuse to be denied...
We've all got a limited productive window of time to really design a life... don't squander it...
Design a life where you spend your days doing what you want with whom you want... you can do that here...
Yes you'll have to work for it... but that makes the victory even sweeter!
The products and compensation plan are the same for all of us - the only variable is you.
Live It.

The 6 Ragus P's
The 6 P's are Charlie Ragus' thoughts. Soak 'em up and live them. These principles are the key to unlocking your business now and into 2011.
Purpose-- You've gotta know where you are going in order to get there. If Christopher Columbus set sail from Europe without a rudder... where would we be today? He knew he was to sail and set a course due west until he found the New World that he knew was there. Know your Destination.
Passion-- If you have a need in your life and AdvoCare is the solution for that need then you can develop a passion. You must be passionate about your purpose and the way that your circumstances will change as you near your goal.
Priority-- Develop an exchange system that will force you to say no to things now in order to say yes to a lot more later in life. You cannot steer a NEW course without turning the wheel. Bob Donnelly gave up golf for two years so he can play every morning now...
Persistence-- Persist without exception. That is not a normal though in our world today. usually when the times get difficult, people quit. AdvoCare is a mountain to climb and the only way we can do it is together. Persistence will produce rewards that most of us cannot even comprehend. Go get it and never let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do.
People-- AdvoCare is a people Business. It is not a mass e-mail business, not a facebook business and not a text message business. Those who are successful here will be willing to get in front of others and have quality conversations sharing the massage of AdvoCare. Go out to the people.
Plan-- People love a plan. Show the compensation plan. Show your personal 90-day plan. Have a plan. Work the plan. Trust the plan. Share the Plan. Nothing great has ever been accomplished on a whim. there is always a method to the madness.
