Most teams don't naturally get better on their own. Left alone, they don't grow, they don't improve and they may never reach championship caliber. Instead they tend to wind down. the road to the next level is always uphill , and if the team isn't intentionally fighting uphill , then it inevitably slides down. the team loses focus, gets out of rhythm , decreases in energy, breaks down in unity, and loses momentum. It's only a matter of time before it plateaus and ultimately declines into mediocrity. When a team does reach its potential it always possesses a catalyst. An inspiration, a motivation a factor that brings the energy to an entirely new level.
In AdvoCare and in life this added energy is the only thing that sets apart the great from the world class. Too many people are waiting on someone or something to go do what they want to do. They hesitate in chasing a goal and stop three feet from the prize. Our question for you is why. We believe that people undervalue themselves and believe that people do not want to hear the message we have to offer. We offer a message of hope, of security and of a new and better life. The freedom we offer is in itself revolutionary and needs to be spread.
Caitlyn and myself are on a road that has brought us to a fork. turning one direction will be the normal thing to do. go get a job a secure the salary, worry about you first and be sure we can pay our bills, clip coupons and live on a tight budget to pay off debt. Basically go and work for anothers dream as so many are deciding to do.
The converse is a road of servitude. The road does not let you worry about yourself first lest you be left behind and forced to turn back. This road is concerned first and foremost with the progress of others. Along this road is a journey that allows you to work for your own dreams and assist others in doing the same.
Caitlyn and I have taken the road of servitude. We will build a team of champions and work with them, we will build them, we will celebrate them and their victories, their dreams.
